Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stellar Home Solution website and the services and products we provide. By booking a service or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & scheduling

Bookings are confirmed subject to availability. We will contact you to finalise timing. Please provide accurate access details; additional charges may apply where access is not available at the agreed time.

Quotes & pricing

Prices shown are estimates starting from the listed amount and may vary based on the scope of work, site conditions and materials. A firm quote is provided after assessment where required. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payments & deposits

• Payment may be required in full at checkout, or as a deposit to secure your booking.
• The balance is payable on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
• Quote-only items are not charged until a firm quote is accepted.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booking. Deposits may be non-refundable where materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

Warranty

We back our workmanship with a 12-month warranty. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorised modifications.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid.
